Hugger soft side plate carrier was made by Vel-Tye LLC since 2006. The plate carrier can be fully personalized as per user’s request, e.g. number of MOLLE straps, position of Velcro panels, customized cummerbund, additional metal D-rings at shoulder straps, and etc. Hugger plate carrier was used by many US SOF teams, such as the US Navy SEALs.
